What is a personal assistant/lifestyle manager?
It's someone who helps you balance the things you want to do versus the things you have to do. Your Sidekick can take things off your plate, by providing in-person assistance or virtual support. We can help you accomplish everyday tasks ranging from errands, event planning, appointment scheduling, online research, waiting for deliveries, and overseeing vendors. We also provide administrative support for small businesses, including content development and copywriting. See a sample list of services or contact us to inquire about your specific needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notification may be done via email, phone, or text. A notification shorter than 24 hours (or none at all) will result in a charge equal to the full amount of time scheduled.

Is there a minimum commitment for your services?
Generally, there is a 2-hour minimum for on-site services, while virtual services are more flexible. Aside from that, it's up to you how often to use your Sidekick. Some clients use us on a one-time basis, some on an occasional basis, and others according to a regular schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly).

What if a task or errand goes longer than planned?
It happens. If your Sidekick is checking things off your list and thinks time will be longer than initially discussed, we'll let you know, so you can decide whether it's OK to finish the task at hand, or if you'd prefer to save it for another day.

What if I need a same- or next-day Sidekick?
We're happy to accommodate last-minute requests. Depending on resources, a rush charge may be applicable.

What types of services are not covered?
We focus on the things that we kick butt at doing. For tasks we don't manage, we typically locate and schedule other experts. A brief list of what we don't do includes:

  • Deep cleaning

  • Yard work

  • Child and elder care
